We’re sorry to hear you’ve encountered an error or bug. Please let our support team know so we can begin investigating! You can reach them in-game by following these quick steps:

  • Tap or click your profile picture in the upper left corner
  • Choose “Options”
  • Pick the green “Support” button
  • In the subsequently created email, please write a short description of the issue you've encountered.
  • Choose Send, and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible!
