Follow these steps to restore your account:
1. Complete the tutorial again and create a new Account. In order to restore your Account, this is required.
2. Attempt to restore your Account through Facebook or Google Play. If you previously linked your account to either Facebook or Google Play, go into the Settings menu by tapping the gear icon in the upper right hand corner and then the button that either says "FB Login" or "Google Play" to sign in.
If your account still cannot be restored...
1. Collect Account Information: Make note of the Username tied to the Account you wish to recover, as well as the Username of the Account you recently created. The Support Team will require as much information about your original Account as you can supply to verify it belongs to you. We accept information regarding Survivors, Currency, Faction Name, Player Rank, etc. The more information the better!
2. Contact Support: In your message to Support, include clearly which Account you would like to restore and which one will be overwritten. With that information, Support can complete the restoration.
