I'm unable to make a purchase, but I can access the in-game Store

Well, this is odd. We suggest checking a few things first:

- Visit your app store to ensure that your payment method is still active and not expired, and all your billing information is correct and up-to-date.

- Sometimes app stores experience transaction delays, but normally resolve themselves quickly.

- Give it a few minutes, close the app and relaunch it. You should be able to make purchases easily now.
