    There should be a satisfaction additional to cards already paid. cards were requested on time and delay causing three major losses 1. upset of player who feel no fun because he feel paying for nothing. 2. Cards were needed on time and delay will cause back of rating & loss of chances 3. Cards were required at player free time to use them he may have no other free time later for those cards the way he pay for them.
