Open "Options," go to "Support," and send us the following information:
a) Items you purchased
b) Screenshot of the electronic receipt confirming your purchase which is normally sent by the app store to your email
c) Your Army of Heroes game ID – load the game, go to “Settings” > “Information”, copy and paste the information in the message
If the results of your account’s verification show that that the purchase hasn’t been processed, the resources will be sent to you as soon as possible.
