If the game crashes or lags, close unused applications and reopen the game.
If the problem persists, do the following:
1. Connect your device to the computer
2. Open “My Computer” > “Hard drives and devices” > Android > data > com.plamee.aoh > files > “Logs” (if the computer doesn’t see the device, install drivers)
3. Copy all files from the “Logs” (The folder is located here: Android\data\com.plamee.aoh\files\Logs), archive them and copy to any file sharing site and send us the link by pressing “Support” in the game options.
