How do we change our cartel's region?

Cartel region depends on the Capo's device region.

The fastest way to change your Cartel's region is:

1. Make Capo any trusted player of your Cartel.

2. Check Capo's device region and change it to the desired one.

3. Return Capo's title to the original Capo.
